How do I place an order?

What if I need to reschedule or cancel the appointment? Will there be any charge?

There are no additional charges for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled provided that we are notified BEFORE the scheduled appointment time. Additionally, the printing fee or trip fee will be waived in the event of a rescheduled appointment.

What happens if the notary makes a mistake?

We guarantee the accuracy of our notaries, and in the event of an error on a notarized document, please be assured that we will promptly rectify the mistake at no additional cost."

I'm not sure if I need an Acknowledgment or Jurat? (General Notary Work)

In most cases, if the signers only necessitate a statement affirming their signature on the document, an ACKNOWLEDGMENT is typically the suitable option. Conversely, if the document entails a declaration under oath or affirmation of truth, then a JURAT may be required. Should there be any uncertainty regarding the appropriate choice, we recommend contacting the document's originator for clarification.
